Chat face to face with your therapist up to 3 times a week at flexible times and in the places most convenient for you. All you need is your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Live video chats are protected and recorded in your secure library, so you can review the issues addressed, guidance, and instructions anytime you want.

Session time: 15-minute session
Frequency: 3x a week  (45 minutes total/week)

You have 4 sessions included in your plan (up to 1 session per week). In order to complete the purchase process, you need to schedule only first session. After check-out, you will be able to access your client area and schedule the other sessions included in your plan, as well as reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance of the original time.

Text Messages (SMS) with Therapists

$85 (weekly plan) / $217 (monthly plan)

If you better express yourself texting short text messages, choose SMS with your therapist and send up to ten messages per week. All messages will be answered on the same day and stored at your secure library, so you can review old messages whenever you want, track the issues addressed and your overall progress.

Frequency: up to 10x a week
Response time back: 2 hours

Review How the Video Consultation Process Works

1. Book your Video Consultation

From the Calendar Scheduler, select one of the available dates and open times.
Click on the Book It button and proceed to check-out.

2. Submit an Intake Form

After successfully completing the payment procedure, you will be directed to an Order Details page. Review your completed order and proceed to click on the Patient Intake Form button.

Fill in and submit the Patient Intake Form, which will allow us to assign a knowledgeable specialist to review your concerns and prepare to assist you on video consultation.

3. Be ready for your Live Video Consultation

You will need a tablet, smartphone, or computer with a built-in camera and microphone and access to reliable internet. It is recommended you test your device prior to confirming your audio and video work well. Consultations are held via ZOOM meetings and you can check your device and web connection in this link: http://zoom.us/test.

4. Get the Most out of your Video Consultation

Prior to your Video Consultation, your assigned therapist or physician will review your Patient Intake Form and know your main concerns. During the video consultation, the therapist or physician will answer your questions and will present you with the most suitable therapeutic and treatment options for your needs.

5.Supervision and Participation of Third Parties during the Consultation

Whenever the patient does not have sufficient autonomy or mastery of technology to participate in an online meeting, the presence of a caregiver or family member during the consultation will be necessary.

Relatives and other health professionals who wish to participate in the consultation remotely may do so if they have previously been registered in the Patient Intake Form.
